I’ve worn this outfit countless of times, and even blogged about it 2 years ago. I’m posting it again on my blog because of these awesome photos Greg Hector took of me during a break at work. He likes pit bulls, camping, fruity drinks, Volkswagen’s, anything vintage, anything in black or grey – you should stalk him on instagram: http://instagram.com/based_lavenderr.

I always leave my hair in it’s natural texture, and don’t do much with it. Ever since I got bangs, I keep forgetting that my hair needs a little more maintenance, so please never mind the retarded split-bang-hair-thing going on in the photos :p
I’ve been looking for the perfect pair of black sneakers, that I could easily dress up or down. My boyfriend got me the Jordan 11 Gamma Blues as a late Christmas present and I’m in love!!! I love the patent leather and the blue details (my favorite color! ^_^).
I actually feel a little bad because he was supposed to buy this pair for himself and not for me, and I think these we’r very hard to get
Will upload more pictures from our Vegas trip later 🙂

This pair of Jordan’s my boyfriend got me as a gift a few months ago is still one of the things I overuse and abuse. I always say, I’m a lazy dresser, and I just pick up whatever I have within reach, but these babies make everything look good without sacrificing comfort, as compared to some killer heels that will be pinching my feet after the next 2 hours, don’t you agree?
2013 has taught me so much. I’ve learned to be more independent, to live for myself and not for anybody else. I’ve learned to value my family and my true friends more. The cherry on top of an amazing year is that I’ve found real and unconditional love.
I can’t wait to see what 2014 has in store for me.
There’s no place more perfect for transitional dressing than California. Despite the bipolar weather all year round (annoyingly hot one minute, disturbingly cold the next), I love fall in LA because it’s always acceptable to wear sweaters, boots and..yes, bare legs ♥
But that’s not what this post is about, it’s about my long time obsession with the 3.1 Phillip Lim’s mini pashli. I can only buy one and I haven’t decided if I want the red or the black. I’m leaning towards the black more though because black just never gets old and is wearable throughout the changing seasons.
