can’t touch this

I’ve been looking for a pair of boyfriend jeans within my budget, with not much luck. Then I took a cue from, in my opinion Manila’s chicest fashion blogger, Kookie Buhain. Her advise was to look for a pair of skinny jeans in a bigger size. So I rummaged through my mom’s stack of old pants and found this pair (she wears a size 28, I’m a 26). Finalleh!!! I have a pair of boyfriend jeans!! Or should I say mommy-boyfriend-jeans!P1090035P1090019

Here’s an outfit idea for work or for school. I know how much you guys probably hate dress codes because it limits your options 🙂 So if you’re not allowed to show some leg but want to stand out among a sea of denim jeans, try a printed pair of pants or something in a bold color. Don’t try to be a hero and wear heels for the whole day running around campus or in the office, nobody wants to have sore feet!! Invest in a pair of comfortable flats in a basic color so you can pair them with anything. You will end up with something comfortable, stylish yet still something that makes you pop out!

I’ve been stocking up on plain colored maxi dresses lately. With loose hair and a pair of flats, it instantly makes me feel like Serena van der Woodsen on a sunny day. Change it up with a pair of heels and a clutch and you’ve got the perfect dinner date outfit.

In girl world (or my world at least , glitters are appropriate any time of the day for any occasion 😀 Try a beaded top with loose metallic shorts and tone it down with a pair of flat sandals, you’ll be amazed at how wearable it can be.

Wore this to work the other day. These sandals are waaaay overused, I’m surprised they’re still in one piece.

I’ve been so fond of clutches lately, I love that this clutch is very simple in just one understated color. The only striking detail it has is a chunky zipper on the middle and gold details. It works so well with piled on accessories or super minimal, monochromatic outfits.

My new iPod Touch finally arrived!!! I’m so glad they come in funky colors now! The green totally matches my outfit. Haha. Will post photos next time, taken from my iPod with its improved camera.

Hope you are all having a great day 🙂

I love these shorts so much, I also ended up buying the pants version. Haha.

Still haven’t decided yet if I’m going to dress up this halloween >.<

Hope you all have a great long weekend!

Another leopard and floral combo.

I got this skirt for 50 pesos ($1) at the ukay ukay. Can you believe it?! I had it altered since it was a little loose on the waist but it’s perfect!!

This neon clutch also comes in black, orange and mint soon available at Red Dot Laoag. I don’t know yet if it will be a store exclusive or if it will be available online. Love the black too!

Word hard….party harder! Have a great weekend everyone ❤

Addicted to crop tops! Crop tops come in all shapes and forms, from bralets, to bandeau tops, to sporty midriffs. It’s when underwear becomes outerwear and we’re allowed to show a little skin in all the sweetest places 😉 Feelin’ a little Dolce & Gabbana-y in this baroque number from Asos.

other side of things

One of my mom’s best friends, Tita Marla got me these Levi’s Denim Curves. They need a little trip to the tailors but the length and the color is muy perfecto!

I’ve been eyeing these pair of delicious heels for quite awhile now. The lovely Isabelle of urbandai helped me to get my hands on these Zara babies now I can’t get enough of them!!

Rainy days mean more chances for layering!

I found this old top thingy I got from Red Dot years ago. I thought of turning it into some sort of parka thing for rainy days. Haha. Sorry it sounds so dumb but I’m really just not sure what to call it. LOL. It’s made up of the same fabric they use for parkas but without the padding and the weight.

These clogs go with everything I own!! They’re so light weight too. Still going gaga over them. It’s also available in nude, get yours at
